Blizzbaby
Officially Joins the 3DNA Team
We
doubt there are many users of our product who have not visited Blizzbaby’s
3DNA fan site www.blizzbaby.com.
Her site has been the de facto download destination for users to
get hold of additional themes, skies, and other artwork. She has
done such an amazing job supporting the community that we’ve
asked Blizz to officially join our team and be responsible for our
new download section and help us expand the community activities,
such as our recent theming contest.
Blizzbaby’s
involvement with 3DNA goes back to when we released our first public
beta last year. When we were in beta, we didn’t have advertisers
for the posters yet, so we put in images that we liked to look at.
For some reason, she was not a fan of the Britney Spears poster
(go figure) and asked if there could be some images for “the
women of 3DNA”. It turned out she had quite of bit artistic
talent, so we offered her a chance to create her own poster to run
in Britney’s place. Blizzbaby created a beautiful beach scene
poster and it goes down in history as the first user-created image
for 3DNA.
Once the product
was released, Blizz created a fan site for 3DNA and began hosting
all the custom Themes and Skies that users were creating for 3DNA.
She personally has created a huge collection of her own Themes and
Skies which are still some of the most popular add-ons for 3DNA.
Blizzbaby has also helped
out on our user forums; teaching new users how to create and install
artwork for 3DNA. She’s also been intimately involved in beta
testing each new World we’ve created. We thoroughly appreciate
all she has done, and welcome her to our team!
