Distribution and Media Coverage Highlights
Toronto,
Ontario -- Tuesday, November 12, 2002
3DNA continues
to gain excellent momentum and we are pleased to announce several
distribution and media coverage highlights that occurred over the
past few weeks.
Our most recent
highlight is the success of 3DNA on CNET’s Download.com site
last week. Download.com is one of the top software download sites
on the Net, and two 3DNA Desktop environments were added to the
site last week.
In 3DNA’s
first week on CNET’s Download.com:
- 3DNA ranked
#1 in both the “Shell & Desktop Management” and
“Virtual Desktop Management” categories
- 3DNA was
the first product to unseat the former #1 desktop enhancement
(which has been on the charts for 100 weeks)
- 3DNA ranked
#3 under the “Home & Desktop” category
- “The
Loft” Add-on World for 3DNA ranked #2 in “Virtual
Desktop Management” and #5 in “Shell & Desktop
Management”
- Both files
(3DNA Desktop and “The Loft”) had more than ten times
the number of downloads of the next highest application in our
category

We would particularly
like to thank our user base for remaining active and enthusiastic
about our products. With over 3,500 postings on our user forums,
our user community has also made a wide variety of new skies and
themepacks for each of our 3 publicly released 3DNA worlds (“Villa”,
“BaseStation” and “Loft”). Several fan sites
for 3DNA have already started popping up on the Net, including www.blizzbaby.com
– a user site devoted to creating and sharing themes and skies
for 3DNA.
Overall, we’ve
been very pleased with the positive response to our product launch
and we expect to announce several major distribution successes and
additional media coverage in the near future.
