HOW TO CREATE THEMES

How to create a theme:

1. Create a new folder in the Visual directory of the world you are creating a theme for.

   For example:
   C:\Program Files\3DNA\Desktops\Loft\Visual\MyNewTheme

2. Make a copy of the textures from one of the default theme folders, and put these copies in your new theme directory. The best one to use is usually the one named after the World. (eg. BaseStation)
3. Edit the textures in your new theme folder however you like. Use the default textures as a guide to see how they are used in the World. Make sure your textures are saved as JPEGs at a quality setting of 80%.
4. Choose your new theme from the Theme Chooser to see how your new theme looks!

NOTE:

Make sure that you include as many textures in your theme pack as there are in the default theme folders, otherwise some textures will be left over from previous themes when you switch to the new custom theme. If you like, you can copy across textures from whatever theme you like to make up the numbers.

To submit your Static Sky for hosting:

1. Click on http://community.3dna.net/
2. Click on 'Login' on the Main Menu
3. Follow the login/registration steps.
4. Click on 'Add Download'
5. Fill in the details and click 'Add this file'
